Group bookings are a great way for your large get-togethers to camp and enjoy group activities on-site or off.
As the campground is on the ol’ school sports oval of 2.5-acres, we can cater for the smallest of groups and also large organisational groups. There’s even a cricket pitch in the middle for a friendly cricket match… or plenty of room to kick a football around.
If you require tents or hire equipment, we can point you in the right direction.
You can tailor your stay and either book the whole campgrounds exclusively for yourselves or include the holiday house as well (subject to availability). Each member of your group can also book individually, if preferred, so no need to book for definite numbers.

With an exclusive booking, your group will have access to all our facilities as well:
- Tennis and multipurpose court, tennis racquets, and balls
- BBQs, fridges, table and chairs etc that are located underneath the old school building where the kiosk/reception operates from on the weekends.
The historic Jimna Hall and the Jimna Sporting Club are both local, community-run venues that could complement your group booking as well. They are only a short walk from Jimna Base Camp.
The Jimna Hall has a kitchen, supper room, tables, chairs and is suitable for large events.
The Jimna Sporting Club is situated at the boundary of the camping area and contains a bar, pool table, darts-board and a big tv screen.
Both facilities operate separately from Jimna Base Camp and can be booked subject to availability.
